Help Sam pay for medical bills

Dear friends and family,

 

Today I come before you and want to share about my brother Samuel, who right now is faced with challenging circumstances. A few months ago he was diagnosed with a leaky heart valve, in which he has to have an open heart surgery. The doctors explained that it is an urgent condition. For his surgery to happen, he needed to have all his dental work done to ensure he has no infection before. That process resulted in over $4,000. In addition, Sam uses a hearing aid, which is now discontinued so that means the manufactures cant repair it. His only option is to upgrade to a new model that is about $5,000. This is vital for his everyday life.

 

For all who know him personally, you know Sam has always been a great caring person. Someone who is a hard worker. You also know that Sam has not been one to ask for help or has ever brought trouble to anyone. His smile lights up the room.

Which is why asking for help from us, his family, friends, and community is so important. Sammy has been wanting to take on another job at a time where he should have no other worry.
