We're back raising money for the victims in Gaza (see our previous campaign for information about who we are), this time to help provide aid for food. The situation is desperate, and every little bit makes a difference for the families we're helping!

Gazans are forced by desperation to fight amongst each other for what limited food is available, and those brave enough to go to the aid distribution points face death at the hands of the IDF and US mercenaries, with hundreds being killed over the last few months.

That was over a year ago. Today a bag of flower is $20 in what passes for a market amid the rubble.

Average price for goods available in Gaza:

1kg flour = $20

1kg sugar = $100

1L cooking oil = $20

1kg rice = $15

1kg ground coffee = $300

400g pasta = $13

We have access to some fresh vegetables but they're all too expensive. We'd get 2 small potatoes for about $12. 1 onion for the same price. They sell garlic by the clove ($3/clove). Similar prices apply for tomatoes, eggplant, and zucchini.

These prices are especially expensive when compared to the average monthly income of an employee ($350) before the war. Now, most people are unemployed and rely on aid to eat. We need whatever help you can provide to be able to buy at least flour to make bread.
