Hey, it’s Jay… I am typically not one to ask for help or to reach out to our community, but I need everyone’s help more now than ever. I am in desperate need of getting top surgery before our twins are born in October. I have spoken with my insurance and my surgeon, and the approximate cost out of pocket, not including travel, is $3500. I would be forever grateful if you can help me reach this goal! I will be out of work for about 4 weeks after surgery and am trying to make sure my family will be okay.
