Help James get Top Surgery

My name is James and I'm a 25-year-old trans man living in England. I have been on testosterone for two years and I have been on the NHS waiting list for a year and a half with an estimated wait time of five years for an initial appointment. This is something that is incredibly important to me and I feel like my dysphoria is preventing me from living a happy life. I have reached the point where sitting around waiting for years is something that I feel I cannot endure, so I have finally joined a private gender clinic.
Of course, this has costs and I am looking for any assistance to help cover these fees, this includes surgery referrals, consultations, blood tests, with having top surgery as my end goal.
I want to be able to wear a t-shirt and walk down the street without being filled with paranoia that everybody is staring at me, I want to be able to go to the beach with my friends and go swimming. I want to be able to live a happy and long life in the body that I am supposed to be in.
I am having a consultation for top surgery in September, so I am hoping kind donations will make my dream come true.

I have had my surgery consultation and I am happy to say that I have been approved and will be booking my surgery this week, hopefully for the end of this year/start of next year so any donations would be hugely appreciated.
