Help our girls get to Nationals!

The Mad River MIST is the competitive travel softball program of Mad River Girls Fastpitch Softball Association. The Mad River Girls Fastpitch Softball Association is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization (tax exempt ID # 20-2268173) dedicated to the development of good citizenship, self-esteem, sportsmanship and physical fitness within the youth of Humboldt County.

This year our MIST 14u Alliance team has qualified to compete at Nationals. This is a very exciting opportunity for our players to compete on a higher level! The team is composed of girls ranging in age 11 to 14 and are from Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. The girls have been playing together year round, practicing 2-3 times per week and traveling throughout Northern California, Oregon and Nevada to earn the opportunity to compete at Nationals this Summer. As exciting as this is …We NEED your help getting there! It will cost approximately $30,000.00 to get the girls and their coaches where they need to be!

As a result, we invite you and your business to partner with us in getting these girls to Nationals!

A donation of:

$100.00—will help cover one night lodging or tournament fee for a player.

$250.00 - will cover a player’s ground transportation while at Nationals;

$800.00- will cover a player’s airfare

$2,000.00 - will sponsor a player’s entire trip
