On May 5, 2025, we lost Firefighter Lloyd Edwards a dear friend, brother and overall great person. To know Lloyd was to know a gentle and kind soul. He leaves behind to grieve, his family, fitness community, and fire service family.

Lloyd was so much more than a firefighter. His informal leadership and compassion for others in the profession made a difference in the lives he touched. His approach to professionalism and preparedness was inspirational to those around him. This led to him being one of the best and the person you wanted next to you on any major incident. Beyond the job he had a smile that warmed your heart at the sight of it. The way he treated people gave you that reassuring feeling there are people who truly care. He led with kindness, remained humble and always made it a point to show up for others.

Now it's our turn to show up for him.

This fundraiser is to support his family during this difficult time. The funds will go directly toward funeral expenses, outstanding debts, and helping ease the financial burden on his family he loved so deeply.
