Please help my cousin Mikey

My cousin Michael Zimmitti was in a horrific car accident on Monday night 12-12-16. He was driving at night and hit black ice . He had his 12 week old puppy chunk with him. His car rolled, Chunk was ejected from the car and was found dead. He was the love of Michael's life. Micheal rolled his car,suffers from sever road rash down to his scull,split the back of his head open,has 26 staples in the back of his head and they had to staple his right ear back on. He will be out of work for quite some time. Im asking for any help anyone is willing to give. I love this man more than anything and we would greatly appreciate any help anyone is willing to give!!
