Help our staff rebuild their homes

Bianca & Dave here from Our Cow

 

As many of you may have seen in the news, South East QLD and Northern NSW has been severely impacted by recent flooding.

 

We are based in the Northern Rivers of NSW, a lot of our staff and their families have completely lost their homes, vehicles, pets, and valuable belongings.

 

 

 

We have not been able to operate Our Cow this week. The roads have been flooded and many of our staff have been stranded waiting for emergency services to rescue them; some were even separated from their loved ones during this horrific ordeal.

 

 

 

Caitlin who many of you have spoken with in the past, was stranded on her neighbour's roof for 9 hours waiting to be rescued, all while watching her house be swallowed by floodwater; she is now safe but, as you can imagine - absolutely devastated. This is just one sad story among our tight nit workforce.

We would love you to stand with us as we support our staff and help them get back on their feet.

Once we reach our target, we will withdraw the funds and divide the donations between 4 key staff members who have lost everything.

Our staff members will use the funds to start rebuilding their homes, purchasing furniture, food and supplies.
