I am writing to you on behalf of our company, The HomeCook, to request your support for one of our own chefs, Sheppy.

Sheppy was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and unfortunately, he developed an infection in his foot that required amputation. As you can imagine, this has been a very difficult time for Sheppy and his family.

We are seeking support to assist Sheppy's family with the significant medical expenses that they are facing. Sheppy will be unable to work during the holiday season and until he receives the go-ahead from his doctor.
