Save Frankie

I am trying to raise money for my parents dog Frankie, who has IVDD. Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) is a condition where the cushioning discs between the vertebrae of the spinal column either bulge or burst (herniate) into the spinal cord space. These discs then press on the nerves running through the spinal cord causing pain, nerve damage, and even paralysis.

I got news today that she has slipped another disc in her back, this is is the second time and the surgery to have this fixed is around $6000. As this isn't the first time it has happened they are still paying off the last operation and can not afford to go ahead with another.
Without the surgery the only option is to have Frankie euthanised, at this stage they are going through with that on Monday.

We would all give anything to give her the opportunity to have the surgery, she is a best friend to Honey our other dog and also like a child to my parents, I'm sure all pet owners know the feeling. We would be forever great full for any help we can get. Xo
