Hi everyone, my name is Cashina Tillock, a hard-working single mother of 3 kids - 2 boys and one girl. I pride myself on finding balance. I love helping others, devoting my time to God as often as possible, spending time with his creation, enjoying long walks on the beach, and raising my kids.

I find time to make both a priority. I put two of my kids through school single handily, it was hard, but I never gave up; sometimes, the strength of motherhood is more significant than natural laws, and I have proven it to be accurate, as God graced me for it.

In June 2021, I have diagnosed with Stage 3A Breast Cancer; upon hearing this, I did not know how to react, as I immediately thought about my kids and told myself I have to beat this dreadful disease.

My son Prince Scott had lost his father ten years ago, and it was a traumatic time for him, along with the thought of my other two childrren not having me around compel me to seek help to remove this Breast Cancer out my body.

I had to remove my Left Breast on August 24, 2021; It is said a woman is like a Tea Bag; you cannot tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water. This is my Hot Water.

I urgently need your help in this process. I have started my treatment in my home country Grenada However, there are limited resources within our healthcare system and I have to transition to the USA where I can received further help.

During this process I am seeking you donation no mater how small it is, every cent is a blessing I have a goal of US$60,000.00. It is my desire to ring that cancer free bell, while been an inspiration to cancer patients, and I despiratly need your help doing this.
