Everyone please meet Kai

I found this pup tied up and left when I was on a recent trip to Turkey and I couldn't ignore or leave him like everyone had.

Kai was left in horrible conditions 40 degree heat covered in flies and his own mess with no chance to escape it.

I would walk him morning and night, got some toys and tried to cool him down whenever possible but I was afraid of causing trouble in a foreign country, tieing him back up each time broke my heart!

I had to do something to save him...

I starting researching rescues and shelters and found that the authorities run shelters into disgusting dire conditions were Dogs are left to die in brutal conditions. It also came to my attention that a new law had been passed March 2025 to allow rounding up and mass killing of all Street Dogs in Turkey. I couldn't let the pup suffer anymore!

I untied Kai for the last time and it felt amazing he was going on an adventure to his new Foster family and our mission was on...

I managed to cover his first months Foster care and travel to there along with initial vey checks for flea and worm treatments. There is many more to come but our first urgent need is to secure his flight ticket which is a deposit of £250
