Although I'm quite embarrassed to reach out for help, I am hoping my loved ones and community may be able to help?

On my first day ABC Therapy for children with autism, I was part of a car pile-up, leading to my car being totaled and an ER visit. I love this new job and position as a CBT, and would love support finding a way back to work or for the medical bills. I unfortunately can't handle the finances myself, so I'm reaching out for help.
