Stacey's Jalapeño Jelly

Hi my name is Stacey Habina and I've been making Jalapeño Jelly for 7 years. I started out making them for Christmas gifts for friends and family because I couldn't afford to buy gifts. People loved it so much I started getting orders, and in a flash it turned into a small little business of which I was not expecting. As a single mother I have always tried to find ways to make extra money but at the same time I wanted to enjoy what I did. I love cooking,  baking and making my jelly. I love hearing about how someone enjoyed what I made and how they used it in a recipe of their own. I'd like to continue making my jelly but I hit a block in the road. I need certain permits and licenses in order to continue . Just recently I had 20 cases of jelly I made confiscated from an event I have sold my jelly at for 6 years. I was told, after the fact, that it was a set up from the very beginning and if I showed up to this event that this was was going to happen. I  was told I can't continue to make or sell my jelly until I have proper permits as well as a commercial kitchen to cook my jelly from. I put out money to make these cases and now won't make that money back and then some because the were taken. I have put off getting these permits and a kitchen to cook out of because I could never afford it. But now I'm being nudged into getting these things or cease operation of my small business. This is where I need your help. Please help me raise the amount I need to start off right and continue to be able to make Stacey's Jalapeño Jelly :) This has been a difficult time and I want to thank all that have supported me and have believed in me and my product all these years.
