A Home for the Holidays

My best friend Edgar Colon just lost his newly furnished apartment tonight. Even though we are greatful to God for his safety the devastation of losing your home is overwhelming.
To tell you a bit about Edgar story for the past 5 to 6 years Edgar has been dealing with Thyroid Cancer. And with just having his second surgery in less than 4 mo ago.
It was such a accomplishments that on November 1 st he finally after 5 years of not being able to financially provide for himself. Things started to look up for Edgar in November 1st 2016 he got the keys to his own apartment that he worked so hard to to have a place of his own. He was so happy and proud and looking forward to having a Christmas dinner for us his family there. And tonight ( 12-15-16) just one month and half later he's left with less then what he started with just a shirt on his back. Edgar is and will always be my guardian angel every time I need him he has been there. He's best farther my daughter can ask for. I ask you to help with what you can to give Edgar a little hope back. That not all is lost, that as long as you have life every thing materiel can be rebuild.
