Medical help

Hi, my name is Loleta Barrion. I recently retired from teaching in the states due to having long-haul Covid for 3 1/2 years. I moved with my family to Ecuador thinking everything might get better. After arriving in Ecuador, I fell down on the floor four times, each time causing damage to my leg and my hip. My insurance will not kick in for six more months. Medicare does not cover me here. My amount of pension will not cover any medical expenses at this time. I hate to go to people to ask for any help whatsoever . I need to get x-rays done at a hospital, other than a free hospital that doesn’t even do the correct x-rays, I need to have knee surgery as soon as possible as well as having possible Kidney situation. Whatever you can help with would be greatly appreciated. Here they will not take credit or it Hass to be cash only. And you pay upfront, at least to the insurance takes affect. I know this will take over six months to get done. In the meantime, I am using a walker, and can barely get around. It is hard enough to get to the medical appointments, because I have to have a Taxi. They have to help me. They have to take the walker and all of that cost money.
