Support New Ezras Nashim EMTs

Tax deductible
Set in the Hasidic enclave of Borough Park, Brooklyn, 93Queen   follows a group of tenacious Hasidic women who are smashing the patriarchy in their community by creating the first all-female volunteer ambulance corps in New York City. With unprecedented and insider access, 93Queen offers a unique portrayal of a group of religious women who are taking matters into their own hands to change their own community from within. This is a documentary film about women's empowerment—in a neighborhood where you'd least expect to find it.

Your donation will enable Ezras Nashim to train new volunteers and purchase the necessary equipment listed below. Ezras Nashim is providing unique and necessary medical care for women in the Hasidic community and would like to eventually expand outside of Borough Park to include ALL women. They can only grow, as well as continue to serve the needs of their community if they continue to train new volunteers and purchase necessary equipment. Help support this historic and timely female-driven cause!

Ezras Nashim wish list includes:

1. EMT Trainings: ~$1500 per person
2. EMT Equipment for every new volunteer: ~$500 per person
3. Automated External Defibrillator (AED): ~$1000 each
4. New Stretcher: ~$8900
5. New Portable Motorized Stairlift & Wheelchair: ~$3000

Ezras Nashim received EMS agency of the Year Award from The Regional EMS Council of New York City. Read more about their incredible work.
