LPES Staff Appreciation Fund

LPES Families,

As many of you know, the MLO initiative on the ballot for the November elections did not pass. The 4A loss dramatically impacted our LPES staff in many ways. In the days following the results, it was heartbreaking to see the school's morale so low. Our wonderful LPES families made a tremendous difference by providing an outpouring of support by bringing treats, sending messages, and giving kind words of encouragement. The LPES PTO would like to keep that momentum and continue to let our LPES staff know they are appreciated and supported. To that end, LPES PTO has initiated this GoFundMe fundraiser to collect donations for the LPES staff. Funds will be used to purchase gift cards of equal amounts for all LPES staff. Any remaining funds will be used for staff appreciation events and classroom wish list items. Our goal is to reach $15,000. Although this may not change the election results, this is a little something to let our LPES staff know we care, will always support them, and greatly value all they do!
