We are starting this GoFundMe to help our dear friend, Katie Nelson, and her family cope with the tragic, unexpected loss of her husband, Chris Nelson, on December 16, 2023.

It is with a heavy heart that we share this sudden and devastating loss. Chris leaves behind his beautiful wife, soul mate, best friend of 27 years, and 2 wonderful children. It's a true love story that has ended far too soon. Chris loved the life he and Katie built together. He was an amazing husband, father, brother, friend, and son, and he will be missed by many.

Through this page, we are hoping to help ease the financial burdens that are ahead for Katie and her family.
