The worst thing happened on Saturday 20th September. I woke up to find Zelda confused and circling, I took her immediately to the emergency vet where they said they suspected a brain tumour. I took her to my regular vet, they conducted a blood test and blood pressure, both came back normal.

Zelda started deteriorating so I took her back and got a referral to a neurologist. An MRI is required to know for certain when we are dealing with. The appointment with the neurologist alone cost £500, that is on top of the £800 already spent. An MRI costs £5,000 and that's not ncluding her treatment after diagnosis.

You may ask, won’t the insurance cover it? Well, I thought so... I have always opted for the premium insurance, but they will only cover £1,250 of vet bills.

I first got Zelda at 9 weeks old, I was struggling with depression and suicide attempts, she gave me a reason to live again. I don’t want to lose her, and I don’t want her to suffer. Please help me get the treatment for her.
