I'm a veterinary technician in Pennsylvania and a new parent of a 4 month old baby girl. Since she was born, we haven't been able to make ends meet being a single income household. My wife cannot find work (has been looking for several years).

Rent is late, utility companies are threatening shut off, our phone service is suspended, and I have no idea what to do.

I'm terrible at asking for help, but all of our other options are exhausted.
