Help for Kadence

Usually out of respect for my daughter, I don't put her business out there because she is a private person and does not like asking for help. As her mother, I feel this is a boundary worth crossing.
Yesterday morning I received one of the scariest calls I could imagine. My daughter was on her way home from work early that morning, crossed a low water bridge and sudden was swept away. Her car became completely submerged, and by the grace of God, she still had power to roll down her windows. She was able to climb out and after that spent an hour fighting a strong current, being pulled under, beaten by logs and debris. On top of that, she fought against the current to go rescue her friend that was riding with her and couldn't swim. She found her and continued fighting while being pulled downstream for over a quarter of a mile. She lost her car, phone, purse all her money. Once they were out, she walked nearly a mile back to her house to call me from a neighbors phone. When I arrived, I saw my baby girl standing there, freezing, soaking wet, covered in blood, scrapes and bruises. Her throat was sore from her screams for help. She not only survived an incident people rarely survive, but she also stopped to go back and save someone else.
Later that morning I went back to see if I could find the car and there were no signs of it. It was eventually spotted with her father's drone over 200 meters away, upside-down and still under water. If they wouldn't have been able to get the windows down, it would have been a completely different ending.
I am asking for help to replace her car. She had liability and it is a total loss. She has no transportation at this time and we are doing everything we can to get her back on her feet.
Anything is appreciated, but I also understand, several people have been affected by the recent storms. My heart goes out to everyone affected. I am grateful to still have my daughter and know everything lost can be replaced, except for her.
