I am running a half marathon (St Albans half marathon in June) for this and the Marine Conservation Society. I am lucky to have the health to slog slowly round the course, but I have known so many who have had cancer and have benefitted from this great charity which supports the person who has this pernicious disease and their family and friends. I hope you'll feel able to contribute to this course. It would mean a lot to me, especially as I run and more important to the people who rely on this great charity for support.
