Life derailed.

I’m the type of person who puts others first. I would give the clothes off my back if I had to and I knew it would help someone else. I would give up my lunch to someone who needed it more than I did.

I am currently staying in a hotel with my mother and two dogs to avoid living in my car during the cold winter and quickly being depleted of the funds to do so.

This experience has been traumatizing to say the least. We’ve tried fighting for ourselves as we both continue to try to go to work, but it just isn’t enough. We have no resources and no help and just don’t know what to do anymore.
