Greetings! My name is Jack and this campaign is for my very dear friend, Tristan.

We've known each other for years and shared a number of experiences. Both of us are transgender, meaning that when we were born, we were raised as girls. But as we grew older, we both came to realize that doesn't quite fit. We both take testosterone, and it's done wonders for mental and emotional health. It's done wonders for being comfortable our bodies.

I've been lucky enough to also get top surgery. I managed to do so with the love and support of my community. Tristan hasn't yet been so lucky, and I'd like your help in changing that. Top surgery is an incredibly important medical intervention in making their body more of a home for them. And unfortunately, they live in a state where insurance doesn't need to cover this kind of procedure. That makes your help all the more essential.
