I am hiking 90 miles (Camp Jack Hazard to Yosemite) of the Pacific Crest Trail (August 5th-13th) to raise awareness and money for Camp Jack Hazard. I consider myself extremely lucky to have grown up going to the mountains every summer to attend CJH. The journey for CJH has not been an easy one- and I am so honored to be connected with people who are so passionate and persistent about sharing this place with others.

This year marks Camp Jack Hazard's 90th year, and I am taking on this great adventure in hopes it will help spread the word about the importance of CJH and the lasting friendships camp helps to form. I will be hiking with former campers, staff and strangers- one mile for every year of camp- and I am asking for support to help raise the tuition cost.

I am asking for $1.00 for every mile that I hike. All of the proceeds go to the Camp Jack Hazard program and will help make it possible for us to continue sending youth to a program that I know changes children and young adults' lives. It no doubt changed, and continues to change, mine.
