Thank you for taking the time to read this page; I will try to keep it short and sweet.

Jeff H is a longtime friend and mentor and has been more like a father figure to me over these many years. At 68 years of age, he has acquired a lifetime of wisdom, which he readily imparts to me and to others when we need advice. He is a good man experiencing a dire financial crisis due to no fault of his own; it is therefore my privilege to try to reciprocate for all his help and kindness over the years by hosting this page.

Jeff is a professional dog groomer/stylist of the highest caliber – known to those who love and admire him as “The Furmaster.” He is uniquely skilled: gentle with the pups and patient with the dog owners J

Covid impacted Jeff deeply. Among many other businesses, the salon he worked for went out of business, suddenly making him jobless. It is difficult, if not impossible, for a man nearing his 70s to find employment. So when he was approached with a business idea of Mobile Pet Grooming, he decided to go for it. They leased a state-of-the-art grooming truck, and things were good for a while – until his partner could no longer hold up his end. Jeff was left to handle overwhelming business expenses independently. Month after month, he tried mightily to keep the business going, but a series of unfortunate events continued to mount, exacerbating his desperate situation.

The bottom fell out when he became ill. In the last few months, Jeff had undergone several surgeries. That, plus time for recovery, has seriously set him back. He is on the mend, thank God, but he needs help catching up on his obligations so that he can continue to hold his head above water.

Jeff has never asked for anything of anyone, has never had government assistance, certainly has never been a recipient of charity. But he has finally agreed to have me post this page on his behalf because he’s desperate. Please do your very best to help me help him
