25 Years Since 9/11 — Help Us Honor Our Heroes

This memorial represents more than remembrance—it represents lived experience, sacrifice, and a lifetime of service. Glen Klein, owner of Front Line Training Center, is a retired NYPD ESU Detective and 9/11 responder who spent over 20 years on the job putting his life on the line for others. In the aftermath of September 11th, Glen worked over 800 hours at Ground Zero, standing shoulder to shoulder with fellow first responders in the recovery effort at “the pile.” Like so many others, he witnessed firsthand the devastation, the loss, and the strength of those who answered the call. But his fight didn’t end there. Glen went on to advocate for the 9/11 community, helping walk the halls of Congress in support of the Zadroga Act—legislation that ensures healthcare for the thousands of responders and survivors still suffering from illnesses tied to that day.

Today, through Front Line Training Center, that same commitment continues. We serve thousands of retired law enforcement officers and first responders, including many who were at the World Trade Center and continue to carry the physical and emotional impact of 9/11. This memorial is for them. It is a place of honor, reflection, and respect—built by a community that understands what that day truly meant, and what it continues to mean. We will never forget.

We are building a permanent 9/11 First Responder Memorial at our facility to honor the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the community that continues to carry their legacy. This memorial will feature a Twin Towers steel tribute structure, a black granite engraved memorial stone, American flags, a landscaped remembrance area, and lighting to ensure it stands as a tribute day and night. This space will serve as a place of reflection not only for our students and first responders, but for the entire community.

We are asking for your support to help bring this memorial to life. Every contribution—no matter the size—goes directly toward materials, construction, and installation of the memorial. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing this campaign means just as much. Together, we can build something that honors the past, supports those who served, and ensures that we Never Forget. Thank you for your support.
