Solutions Weight Loss Clinic

Hi! My name is Cindy and I am a high school student on the west side of Chicago. I've been told that I am smart, sweet, sensitive...and grossly overweight. If I don't make a lifestyle change my life will be shortened. That makes me really sad. I have been overweight my whole life but I WANT to live and I am ready to make a profound change in my life with your help. I know it is not going to be easy but I am scared AND determined and I know that I can do it...with your help! I have the opportunity to go see a weight loss doctor here in Chicago. With his help he will help me reach my goal weight and teach me how to make the right choices to live a healthier lifestyle. I don't have the money to pay to see the doctor and neither does my mom. I would be so grateful if you would consider donating to help me reach my goal of getting to a normal weight and living a very long life. Thank you for whatever amount you give.
