Relief For Jim
Donation protected
In May of 2019 Jim, pictured on the right with his two sons Connor and Ryan at Connor's graduation days after diagnosis, was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma in the right hemisphere of his brain. This is a very aggressive, incurable and terminal cancer. By the end of the month Dr.'s had removed a large portion of it in an attempt to relieve some of his symptoms. While Jim was able to enjoy, to some extent, the summer this fall he began to show greater signs of the disease. He no longer has adequate feeling in his left side to perform many of the daily tasks many of us take for granted including not being able to walk without a walker or support. Currently he lives in an apartment with over 25 steps to conquer anytime he leaves for appointments of which there are several per week. This also creates a serious safety issue should he need to evacuate in the case of emergency. We are looking for help in affording a suitable new home as soon as possible. The funds would be used to help Jim pay for this new place as well as other daily necessities due to the drastically reduced fixed income he now receives. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you from all of us and God bless.
