Justice for Arlo

On Sunday the 10th of January 2021, we took our 5 month old Puppy Arlo and 4 year old Archie out walking in Doolandella when a large dog came unknowingly from behind us and mauled Arlo in a lock jaw knocking him unconscious instantly. Archie was then attacked and suffered from crush and wounds to his lower back region. Arlos heart stopped beating shortly after on the way to the vet and died in my partners arms. He had suffered from crush injuries to his back, punctures to his lungs and spine and internal bleeding. The owners are refusing to take responsibility for what their dog has done instead blaming it on her kids that had let the dog out. We are left with expensive vet bills and broken and empty hearts. 

All donations received will go towards the on going vet bills for Archie and legal fees to bring justice for Arlo and help us recover from this tragic event. We are reminded of our baby every day and this has left a huge burden on both of us.. 

Arlo was truly a special dog that has touched everyones heart in the very few months we had him since he was 6 weeks. He was always happy and loved everyone and his favourite time was going to the dog park every afternoon at Forest Lake playing with his fur friends. Our lives will no longer feel the same, the house that was once loud and crazy as you hear him running back and forth room to room, playing chase with Archie, is now very quiet and waking up every morning looking over to his crate and him not being there.

With your donation we can bring justice for Arlo by making the owner held accountable for what their dog has done as no one should ever loose their furbaby while out on walks and everyone should feel safe while walking.
