We are fundraising for a beautiful family that has recently suffered an unimaginable tragedy. A terrible car accident led to the death of a beloved father and husband, Ramon Gonzalez. His wife, our co-worker Juana Gonzalez, is in the hospital recovering from her injuries. She is a dedicated member of the NYCDOE family who worked specifically with young children with autism. This family is heavily involved in their church. They are hard-working people who give back to their community and are always willing to help others.

Now, they need our help. We wanted to help this amazing family as much as possible. The medical bills, lost wages and funeral expenses will be tremendous, and we are looking to reduce their burden.
