Cayden Patrick, our 17 year old grandson, and his family are longtime residents of Laingsburg. Four years ago he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, Nasopharyngeal. He has been battling his cancer with various treatments at the University of Michigan, MD Anderson in Texas, and also at the Cancer Center for Healing in Irvine, California. Recent scans have shown that tumors in his liver have increased in size, and the need is for Cayden to return to California to seek treatment. Cayden and his family will be leaving this next week for a minimum stay of 3 months. The treatment is very expensive as well as the cost of living in California. The family first and foremost, ask that you keep them in your prayers, and if you are able, please help raise the funds that will enable Cayden to receive treatment.
