As many of you know I have been going through a lot of medical issues, and because of my medical issues I have not been able to work for the past 3 years. Bills piling up and other things as well as paying for medications, Dr visits/Specialists and co-pays.

I am not one to ask for help like this, I have always looked out for others but will not ask for my own help. At this point I do not care what people think about me or what people say about me.
