On September 27, 2013, David Vaughan passed away in a tragic car accident on his way to work. He was only 40 years old and still full of life. David was a devoted husband and caring father, loving son, loyal brother, and amazing friend to countless people.
David's wife Kristen has been my close friend and coworker for ten years. On September 7th 2014, I'm racing a half-ironman to raise money for the Vaughan Children's Trust. Please support my goal to raise $100 per mile for Kristen's three children, to honor David's memory, and to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Kristen's incredible strength and endurance.
