My family recently lost someone very near and dear to our hearts. At a young 20 years of age God decided to call one of his sons home. Manuel was a young man who never complained and welcomed life as it happened. He will always be remembered as a respectful individual whom was always willing to help another and always brought smiles to those around him.

I am asking that you help bring some peace of mind to my aunt, uncle, and cousin in their season of sadness. Not only have they lost a son/brother but they are now struggling with medical bills, which should be the last worry on their plate.
