Julie's Emergency Fund

We've had a campaign going for Julie Welch to keep her in her home, utilities paid, food on the table, and meds as needed as she awaits her SSDisability hearing for debilitating  Ménière's Disease.  But, there's been a problem.  Julie's older home developed a water leak.  The water was turned off, and the leak repaired, but not before a gargantuan water bill amassed.  As Julie lives in a mobile home park, her water bill is also paid to the landlord, who has told me personally, Julie will be evicted if this isn't paid.  We've explored every route known.  I personally talked to the city water department who told me the landlord could ask for an adjustment, but the landlord said no.  They are allowed one a year and are saving that for the property, and also considered it unfair to give this adjustment to one person.  If Julie hadn't enough to live, she certainly doesn't have enough to pay this huge bill.  Few of us would.  Every penny counts.  Please help Julie.
