Hello, we are the Arteaga family and we recently lost our home to foreclosure about two months ago. We have been living in a hotel for about sixty days with help from friends, strangers and church groups. Although I work full-time, it is difficult to find a place to live, keep up our vehicles, and find a way to keep life normal. The kids are all in college and are trying to better their lives.

We are trying to recover from the shock of losing the only home our family has known. We lost many of our belongings and are attempting to find a more affordable housing situation. The money will be used to continue our search for affordable housing, to pay bills such as car insurance, car payment, and food.
