As some may or may not be aware, Marisa was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer in October 2017. This past Friday, January 12th, 2018, she underwent a double mastectomy to remove the cancer. Thankfully her surgery went well and the cancer appears to have not spread. As she recovers from the surgery, she will not be able to return to work for two (2) weeks. To assist Marisa and her family, and on behalf of her friends at work, we are making an effort to collectively contribute to help with the financial burden this has put on her family.
