Leo was a loving son and brother who struggled with mental illness and addiction in the last years of his life. Leo is survived by parents Patricia I. Wathen and Lee Cancio, his brothers Rodrigo, Tomas, and Lucas Cancio, his aunts Janet Wathen, and Joan Wathen (Bob), his uncles Richard Wathen (Nancy), Antonio Cancio and Ramon Cancio (Julieann), his grandmother Julia Cancio, several cousins and his beloved rescue dog, Slate.
