As much as I hate to do this and feel like I’ve somehow not taken care of my responsibilities, I feel I need to try to raise a bit of money. I was laid off shortly after finding out Ava had Leukemia. I quickly found a great job that was quite a bit less money in the immediate future. Through 2019, we have incurred medical expenses, travel and food expenses and a loss of work productivity. We have also had to replace two A/C units. As a single parent, I have watched my savings and credit dwindle. If you’re reading this, I’m so sorry I have to ask for help. It’s very embarrassing.
