Hi, my name is Kira and I am the niece of Michael Sullivan. Michael was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer New Year’s Eve 2025, after a short but fierce fight my Uncle “auntie” Michael lost his battle Friday 23rd of may and passed away peacefully. My uncles wishes were that this battle was kept concealed to family and the Y bwthyn cancer ward at the POW hospital, and that he has a private cremation with no funeral or wake, in light of this I have decided to organise a fundraiser event in memory and this go fund me page to raise money to fix up, clean, de-weed and revamp the y bwthyn garden as my uncle absolutely loved spending the last of his time out there in the sun watching the butterflies but it is in desperate need of some TLC, and as a thank you to the staff and in memory of my uncle, my best friend I am trying to raise money to see the gardens back to its formal glory or better.
