Dear Friends
Please join us in supporting Ms. Adrienne as she cares for her youngest son Ewan after he suffered a tragically severe car crash on October 22nd. The goal of this is to aid the Bogedain family as Ewan, 17 undergoes multiple surgeries and a lengthy rehabilitation ahead.
Adrienne is one of the strongest women I have ever met. She has selflessly put her needs before others and treats every child that crosses her path as her own. Personally, I wouldn’t be in the position I am as a single mom to raise my young daughter without her love, guidance, unwavering emotional support and simply the joy she brings to the lives of those she touches. I have no doubt you feel the same.
Whether Adrienne is a friend, relative, acquaintance or just the friendly red-headed lady that takes our children’s temperatures to keep them and her outstanding staff safe…we all share a unique bond with each other though Adrienne as she is a part of all our families. She’s gone above and beyond to ensure not only our children are safe and happy, but she has done the same for her exceptional staff to guide them through these uncertain and frightening times.
Let’s gather together to support her and her son as they navigate the immediate and long term consequences no parent or child should have to go through. This fundraiser is specifically geared to raise funds to help cover the costs of Ewan’s hospital bills, physical therapy and associated costs. If you are in a position to donate know that your gifts will be directed here.
If you are unable to financially contribute to medical expenses there are other avenues that have been set up to help Adrienne, Ewan(17), her son Liam(20) heal. We will be sending care packages of gift cards, local meal delivery services, and listing Bogedain Family Christmas Wish list on Amazon and Target in hopes of giving them a special holiday season this year. Ewan has an Xbox, enjoys "steam" computer games and the family shops mostly at Kroger.
Most of all, please pass this along to your family, friends, members of the community and lets gather together to support and #EmpowerEwan. We may be socially distanced, financially strained and emotionally exhausted but our love for each other will always keep us strong. The smallest act of kindness can make all the difference.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
