My family has been struggling to make ends meet. We moved back to Polk County, FL in hopes of a better life, but it has been anything but that. My husband works & is a hard worker but work has been incredibly slow, leaving us on the brink of being homeless. I am trying to avoid living in our car (with no air conditioning) with our 4 year old little one. I am asking for the communities help in raising money so we can stay housed in a hotel. We have been bouncing from pillar to post & it's been beyond mentally exhausting. It seems each time we get close to getting ahead, something always seems to happen to detour our goal. We are constantly on the search for side jobs or pet sitting jobs to try and help make ends meet. Right now we are staying with family but this coming Monday, we have to leave our families house. Unfortunately, my mom lives in a 55 & up community & they've sent her a letter asking us to leave. Please, if you can find it in your heart to donate to my family, it will go to a good cause.
