Childhood cancer

Hi my name is Megan and my son, who will be 3 in April of this year, has just been diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma on March 21, 2023. He will have very aggressive and extensive treatment over the course of the next 2 years. I am currently unable to work at this time. I have a 10 month old at home too. My fiancé has taken on all of the bills and is the only income right now for our household. These funds will help with utilities, groceries, and supplies for when Marshall is at home during his recovery period if able to be. Anything will help and would be much appreciated at this time. It is not easy for me to reach out and ask for help but for the sake my son and my family I am now.
