As many of you know on Saturday April 6th Todd had a massive stroke. it's affected his speech and he's unable to move his right side. during testing they found that this was his second stroke. The neurologist believes the first stroke happened in December or January. We didn't realize that it had happened and Todd's cognitive function was declining. He made some decisions about our bills that were out of character for him. In talking to some of the companies, they remembered Todd and that he was very confused about our bills. We are in a precarious position right now. Todd will not be able to return to work for the foreseeable future. if at all.

On Friday April 5th, the day before Todd's stroke, Hanna lost her job. Hanna has a heart condition called SVT Supraventricular Tachycardia. She has to have surgery before she is able to return to work. Her heart surgery will happen in the next couple weeks. part of her losing her job was lost production from the the SVT. Our family has been hit hard and fast by all of this. Hanna lost her job on Friday and less than 24 hours later Todd was being rushed to the hospital. Todd also has a cellulitis and staph infection, he has a mass on his kidney and they cannot test it until the infection clears. At some point during his first few days in the hospital he fractured his skull. we don't know if it was from his fall out of bed, or if he did it when he was agitated and kept banging his head on the MRI machine. And he has developed pneumonia as of Today. This is going to be an incredibly long road to get Todd back to health. And our family needs help. We are in a very bad place.
