Con mucho dolor recibimos la noticia de que nuestro Hermano Daniel Calderon en el pasado dia 21 del Julio sufrio un terrible accidente. Mientras hacia una reparacion en su hogar, tristemente cayo del techo de su casa sufriendo una fractura vertebral al altura del cuello. Ese mismo dia inmediatamente fue transportado al hospital Enloe via helicoptero y sucesivamente de alli fue transladado al hospital UC Davis en la ciudad de Sacramento debido del la gravedad de su condition. Todos recordamos con mucho cariño a nuestro Hermano y amigo Calderon , el diagnostico que recibio de el medico es que quizas no podra volver a hacer uso de sus piernas. Este cambio tan drastico en su vida sin duda sera un golpe para el y para toda familia que lo rodea . Y es por esto que pedimos la aydua de todos sus hermanos, amigos y conocidos con el objetivo de apoyarlo en esta transicion tan dificultoso de sus circunstancias. On Monday, July 21 Daniel Calderon’s life changed in an instant. While working on the roof of his home — something he had done countless times before — Daniel fell and suffered a fractured vertebra. The injury caused severe damage to his spinal cord, The doctors have diagnosed that he may not be able to move his legs again. Daniel is a kind, hardworking man who has always helped those around him no matter what. Always there for whatever problems or just there to talk to. Now he faces the inevitable, living without the use of his legs. Once being able to help all those around him, now he is the one who needs our help. He will be requiring 24/7 care, extensive rehabilitation, and perhaps even home modifications just to meet his basic needs.
