Please help my cousin Brad!

Hi,my name is Natalie. I am asking for help for my cousin Brad. Brad Sparrow is nearly 34 years old. He has nf2, it is a disease that causes tumors to grow in a person's nervous system. He was diagnosed at age 15 and 2 weeks before his 17th birthday he went deaf. He had a tumor on the hearing nerves in his brain which caused the deafness. He has had many hurdles to overcome....at age 17...graduating high school was the first on the list. He did graduate. Then he was married to Jody in 2003, they have 2 kids. Bailey who is 12 and Matthew who is 4. Brad has been physically disabled for many years now. He had to stop working and is on social security now. For a long time he was the stay at home dad...until his health continued to worsen. Now he has continuous home care and isn't left alone because of falling and choking issues. He has had many surgeries. A tumor was removed from his spinal cord, one from his brain and right now he is awaiting May 19th for another brain surgery to remove 2 tumors that have started to grow together. Aside from his hearing that has been taken from him, he has lost his sense of balance and his vocal cords are paralyzed and he has a hard time swallowing without aspirating the food or drink into his lungs. He is awaiting surgery but he will require a feeding tube to be place so he can get nutrition and a tracheotomy so he can breath sufficiently. The  insurance companies are dragging their feet in getting him the electric wheelchair that he desperately needs for in his house because for him getting from room to room is becoming increasingly harder. When they decided on the surgery that is taking place on May 19th the doctors told Brad that without the surgery he has about 6 months to a year to live....with it 2-3 years. We are hoping he will also overcome that hurdle and add many years to his young life. Brad is the kindest and strongest soul I have ever met. I am determined to make this happen for him, getting this chair that he so desperately needs. Donations  of any size would be greatly appreciated!
