Car was stolen

My sisters car was stolen on Christmas Eve. It had our mother’s wheelchair in the trunk. Our mother recently got out of the hospital after having covid .  She was in the hospital for 68 days and was in critical condition for 3 weeks. The car that was stolen was the only transportation for my sister snd mom. They are both on disability and can’t afford to get a car. They desperately need a vehicle to go get groceries, and doctor appointments. Any help would be greatly appreciated:
