Hi, my name is Simon, and I’m raising funds for my brother, Pat, and his family as they face the unimaginable.

In November 2025, Pat was diagnosed with a grade 4 terminal brain tumour and is now in a race against time. We are raising money to help access lifesaving treatment that is not subsidised by the Government but which may give him more precious time with his family, while also supporting the significant medical costs and ongoing care he now faces.

Pat’s battle with brain tumours began long before this November diagnosis. Since 2019, he has endured multiple brain surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, seizures, and chronic headaches. In February 2025, he suffered a brain bleed and stroke that nearly took his life. Through every setback, Pat has continued to face each challenge with incredible courage, resilience, and determination. Always fighting for his family.

Pat is a devoted husband to Shauni and an incredible dad to their two young boys, Remy (4) and Henry (almost 2). Since receiving this devastating diagnosis, their lives have once again been turned upside down. Between treatment, medical appointments, chemotherapy, and radiation, they have been doing everything they can to maintain some sense of normality for their boys while navigating overwhelming uncertainty.

Their focus has always been on staying strong together and giving Pat the best possible chance. Unfortunately, the financial burden of treatment, medication, specialist appointments, and ongoing care is immense. At the same time, the impact on their ability to work and maintain a regular income has added enormous pressure during an already incredibly difficult time.

Family and friends are coming together to support Pat, Shauni, Remy, and Henry however we can. Funds raised will go directly toward medical treatment, medication, specialist care, and helping relieve some of the financial stress so the family can focus on what matters most, time together.

Pat is not only a fighter, especially with Shauni by his side, but a deeply loving father, husband, brother, and friend who deserves every possible chance to be with his family for as long as he can.
